  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over each fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and brush with remaining glaze; return to bake for another 8–10 minutes until flaky and cooked through.
  7. Let rest briefly before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
