  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini vegan marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips and then add vegan marshmallows on top.
  4. Optionally, add peanut butter chips and chopped nuts, then drizzle additional condensed milk over everything.
