Instructions

  1. Prepare the raspberry layer by cooking fresh raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened. Cool and strain if desired.
  2. Melt white chocolate in a heatproof bowl using the microwave until smooth; let cool slightly.
