  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 Tbsp honey (plus more for serving)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper, freshly cracked
  • Optional: Chopped walnuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper to the processor. Blend again until fully combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes before serving.
  4. Before serving, garnish with walnuts (if using), fresh thyme, an extra drizzle of honey, and more black pepper.
