  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • Granulated sugar, for rolling
  • Chocolate chips, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and mix in cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice until thickened.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until smooth; add food coloring if desired.
  3. Pour onto a greased baking sheet, spread evenly, and refrigerate for about 2 hours or overnight until firm.
  4. Once chilled, use buttered hands to roll mixture into small balls.
  5. Roll each ball in granulated sugar for coating.
