  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 loaves cubed French bread
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and half of the vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the cubed bread, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture and one cup of blueberries. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, cinnamon powder, nutmeg, and remaining vanilla extract. Pour evenly over the layered casserole and press down lightly to soak.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake uncovered for about 75 minutes until set and golden brown.
