2 cups brewed coffee (chilled)
1 cup plant-based milk (almond, soy, oat, etc.)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions
In a saucepan, combine chilled brewed coffee, plant-based milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Heat gently until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
Chill in the refrigerator for about one hour.
