  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 oz can whole or diced tomatoes (preferably San Marzano)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
