  • 2 cups cooked chicken (diced)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli florets, and cooked rice.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Add the creamy mixture and 1½ cups of shredded cheese to the base ingredients; stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. Optionally add crispy fried onions on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
