  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 12 oz sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and toss with a little butter.
  2. Season the steak with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Season the shrimp with remaining Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes per side; let rest before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes until opaque.
  5. Lower heat and add garlic to the skillet. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until smooth.
  6. Toss cooked fettuccine into the sauce along with fresh parsley.
  7. Plate by topping pasta with sliced steak and shrimp; drizzle with sauce.
