  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 jalapeño, diced (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add corn kernels, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, green onions, and red bell pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Sprinkle in garlic powder and smoked paprika; season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir again until evenly distributed.
  4. For added heat, mix in diced jalapeño if desired.
  5. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
