  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 6 slices cooked Turkey Bacon, chopped
  • 4 brioche buns, toasted
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
  2. Form the mixture into four patties and create a small indentation in the center of each.
  3. Cook the patties on a preheated grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 4–5 minutes per side.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, add cheese on top and cover until melted.
  5. To prepare the sauce, mix mayonnaise and ranch dressing in a small bowl.
