  • ripe avocado, sliced
  • fresh blueberries & raspberries (~1/2 cup)

Instructions

  2. Heat butter or olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour in the egg mixture and gently stir with a spatula until just set and fluffy.
