  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tablespoons brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture while mixing on low speed.
  4. Stir in brewed coffee and caramel sauce until evenly distributed.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
