  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped (mixed colors)

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced chicken with light soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and cornstarch for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Heat peanut oil in a skillet; sear chicken until browned. Remove.
  4. Sauté ginger and garlic; add bell peppers until soft.
