  • 75 grams crumbled feta cheese
  • 30 milliliters olive oil or melted butter
  • 30 grams dried cranberries
  • 30 milliliters honey
  • 1 gram ground cinnamon
  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Brush the halved pears with olive oil or melted butter and arrange them cut-side up in the baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until tender.
  4. Once baked, top each pear half with crumbled feta and dried cranberries.
  5. Drizzle honey over each pear half and garnish with fresh thyme if desired. Serve warm.
